Now that you have gotten used to the platform, you might like what you see and decide to go for a permanent install on your PC.
Also very simple, double click on Install Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS and from there the installation window will pop up, choose your preferred language and click Continue.
Choose your keyboard layout, according to how your keyboard is set up.

This is an optional decision whether you would like to connect to the internet for installation, this has a benefit as during the installation the latest updates can be downloaded and installed live.
Choose your preference whether a full blown desktop or a minimal installation and the other options as already mentioned.
This may be the trickiest part of the whole installation, as you have to be attentive whether you would like to make a fresh install on your PC or configure a partition to install Ubuntu alongside windows, which when you do have Windows already installed, the installer will make this automatic selection for your convenience, however always be careful and cautious how you approach the ‘Installation type’ to make the right decision.
After clicking continue, the installer will ask if you are sure about the changes you are going to make, giving you the chance to make a revision, and when everything is OK press Continue.
The installer will now ask for your location,
and then it will ask for your username, computer name and password credentials, after this the installation will begin.
Once the installation is ready, you will be informed that installation is complete, and whether you would like to continue or restart the PC now, depending maybe if you need to save some documents and so on.
After rebooting, the GRUB menu will show up allowing you to choose between Operating Systems, and after Ubuntu loads the login screen will appear. Click on username to type Password and login.

my bad for the quality =)
All in all, as stated before, installation is very simple in my honest opinion, and any willful person can do. It is a great achievement to have a Linux desktop installed at your home, and having a good knowledge base on how to use. With many software to choose from, mostly free but also professional, it is great to be fully immersed inside the open-source world!
